Lots of snow. The federal government shut down for an entire week, as did the PwC-DC office -- worked from home.
Nothing like a six-person sled run! The kids went up and down the hill for five hours straight -- literally!
One day the wind gusts were up to 50 mph, resulting in very rosy cheeks. 
Made a snow cave for the kids. We were going to tunnel all the way through, but the snow plow covered everything up later that day.
Three feet of snow -- nearly covered the entire back deck -- even the railing. Crazy!
