Went camping at Trout Pond Recreational Area in West Virginia over the Fourth of July with the Lloyd Family and the Theurer Family. We did a lot of fun things.
We went on a hike to the overlook -- one mile almost straight up.
Katie hiked the whole way, both up and down the hillside, although she regularly asked for a free ride on Dad's shoulders.
We went swimming at the tree-lined lake (and fishing for trout at the smaller pond). It was beautiful!
We had the lake all to ourselves the first day. The water was so warm even Dad got in!
Grant had a blast and was all smiles (note Andrew's 'photo bomb')!
Katie was in heaven, too!
