The awesome view at the end of our group hike.  During the hike we saw a rattle snake, and lots of cool bugs.  We saw a few black bears near the campground during our stay, too.  The rangers, who regularly patrol the area, scared them off.

Thanks to the Theurer Family who made the reservations and set everything up.

Our little hiker, Grant.  His little legs carried him two miles in, but only about 1/4 mile out.  We carried him the rest of the way.  He was quite a trooper.

Saw the Disney movie "Planes" in 3D with Sarah and the Crew.  It was a blast.  Pretty cool glasses, right?

Grandpa Ned Comes to Visit

Took a tour of the Navy ship in the harbor with Grandpa (who was a Captain in the Navy).

The kids loved having Grandpa here.

Went to the Washington DC Visitors Center with Grandpa.  The exhibits are new.
